Fuller was a First-Team All Big 12 receiver in 2010 where he had his signature moment in the Cotton Bowl against Patrick Peterson and the LSU Tigers where he accounted for 7 catches for 83 yards not his best game but considering his competition he acquitted himself well.

Fuller is a true physical specimen. He has the tools to be a productive possession receiver at the NFL level. He catches everything with his hands and with his leaping ability he'll be an immediate red zone threat. With his big frame he's able to make tough catches in tight coverage. Although, to be such a huge body he doesn't respond well to press coverage and he lacks concentration at times that's leads to the occasional drop. He doesn't have elite speed and he's a long strider who tends disappear for long stretches in games.

Jeff Fuller's father (also named Jeff) was a safety in the NFL. He played for 49ers through 1984-1989 where he was known as one of the hardest hitting players in the NFL during that time.

- Strong hands
- Big target

- Momentary lapse of focus that leads to drops
