Simulated Trade: Panthers trades #8, #73, #109 and a 2022 RD1 pick to Dolphins for #3.
If you've been following my comments for the Panthers throughout the season, you've become keenly aware that I'm not a big fan of Teddy Bridgewater.
As it turns out, it appears the Carolina Panthers aren't big fans, either. Bridgewater has already been rumored to be a part of numerous trade deals and reports have surfaced that the 49ers requested a trade for his services.

This trade makes sense for both teams on a number of fronts:
If the Panthers are to draft a QB, it behooves them to move ahead of their division rival Atlanta Falcons, currently sitting at Pick #4. They might also select their QB of the Future, so it's important that Carolina gets first pick instead of settling for whoever's left. The Dolphins still get a crack at a top OT or top WR in this year's draft so, ultimately, this is a good deal for all parties involved! Welcome to Carolina, Justin Fields!

Andre Cisco plays football like a heat-seeking missile!
Cisco is a twitchy athlete with incredible closing ability. Simply put, if the ball is in the air, it's his. He is as dynamic an athlete as there can be from the FS position and the Panthers should NOT let him slip past their grasp at pick 39!

PANTHERS HISTORICAL DRAFT PICKS
Reach/Value (R/V) Explained
The difference between where a player is selected in the NFL draft versus where the player was listed on the final Drafttek Big Board for the season in question.Example: A player who was listed at #50 on the Big Board and was selected at #35 will be a "Reach" of -15. Alternately, a player listed at #35 on the Big Board who was selected at #50 is a +15 "Value".
Simply put: a positive number is a Value pick, a negative number is a Reach.
