Farley is a great player; let's get that out of the way. He's at worst the second-most-talented CB in the draft. The big worry with him is, of course, his health. His back is messed up, but you have to trust the Titans did as much research as they could on his health. My much bigger issue is that the Titans have huge holes at both WR and OT. CB is their third-biggest need, but I would have preferred to see them take a WR or OT. I can't hate too much on taking the best player available, though. If Farley is healthy he's a steal; he would have been a top-ten pick in the draft. So great pick on value, good-not-great pick on need. I'll say this: if Farley is healthy, then the Titans don't have to worry about Kristian Fulton developing or Janoris Jenkins re-signing. Grade: B+

Dillon Radunz is a guy who will make people forget about Isaiah Wilson quickly. Randunz is also a better fit for the Titans than Wilson was play wise. Radunz is a heck of an athlete, testing extremely high in vertical and broad jump, the 40 yard dash, and the three cone drill. An athletic tackle fits the Titans' schemes as they run an outside zone with Henry and love to roll Tannehill out of the pocket. Great pick and it fills a big need.

TEN g GB (Draft Trade)
The Titans do still have defensive needs and LB is surely one of them. At worst Monty Rice is a rotational LB for the Titans here in his rookie year. He can play outside and rush the passer in the 3-4. I would have liked to see the Titans address their lack of pass catching weapons, but Rice should hopefully help energize their lackluster defense from this previous year.

Elijah Molden was a coverage stud at Washington. If you add two or three more inches he's a first or second rounder easily. Good news, Molden will dominate the slot CB spot for the Titans. He was a special teams ace as well so he's going to contribute immediately there as well. Titans got a steal here.

TITANS HISTORICAL DRAFT PICKS
Reach/Value (R/V) Explained
The difference between where a player is selected in the NFL draft versus where the player was listed on the final Drafttek Big Board for the season in question.Example: A player who was listed at #50 on the Big Board and was selected at #35 will be a "Reach" of -15. Alternately, a player listed at #35 on the Big Board who was selected at #50 is a +15 "Value".
Simply put: a positive number is a Value pick, a negative number is a Reach.
