Patching one of the few holes in their spiffed-up roster, the Chargers let the draft bring them OG Zion Johnson of Boston College, the most plug and play guard prospect in this year's crop. Johnson is huge at 6-5 and 312, and offers deluxe power and strength and advanced technique to anchor the inner line. After playing some tackle at BC, Johnson moves well for a guard and should help keep Justin Herbert clean from inside rushers.



Tom Telesco has enjoyed great success sitting tight and picking up stars at need positions, and Johnson may well keep his run alive. Grade: A-
