I have mixed emotions about Tua's return. Tua, undoubtedly, gives Miami a better chance to win games than Tim Boyle and Skylar Thompson, but I think he needs protecting from himself. Tua's determination to play without a guardian cap seems slightly naive; we'll be holding our breath everytime he gets hit or goes on a scamper. On top of the concern about Tua's long-term health, the offense will remain limited. There will be less propensity to keep Tua in the pocket on long developing plays where Tyreek tries to get beyond the defense. Mike McDaniel could, and probably should, implement a run-heavy offense showcasing Devon Achane and Jaylen Wright. Wright (5.3 YPC) deserves to eat in to Raheem Mostert's (3.5 YPC) snaps.
Persistent defensive injuries have been a problem. Jevon Holland and Zach Sieler have missed time on top of Jaelan Phillips' season-ending knee injury. Bradley Chubb doesn't seem near to a return and RD1 rookie, Chop Robinson, is missing in action. Even so, Miami's defense is 2nd in the league for third-down conversion rate (30.9%.)
It seems like I've said this every year for the past decade, but the Dolphins' biggest need is on the offensive line. OG is a slightly bigger need than OT; a prospect who could play both positions would be perfect.

DOLPHINS HISTORICAL DRAFT PICKS
Reach/Value (R/V) Explained
The difference between where a player is selected in the NFL draft versus where the player was listed on the final Drafttek Big Board for the season in question.Example: A player who was listed at #50 on the Big Board and was selected at #35 will be a "Reach" of -15. Alternately, a player listed at #35 on the Big Board who was selected at #50 is a +15 "Value".
Simply put: a positive number is a Value pick, a negative number is a Reach.
