According to Elias Sports Bureau, Green Bay is the second-youngest playoff team in the last 45 years-second only to their own 2023 squad. The Packers' 11-6 record would be reason for optimism in most years, but five of their losses came at the hands of opponents that will likely constitute any path to the Super Bowl in the Eagles, Lions, and Vikings. Green Bay owns little momentum after a home loss to the rival Bears, and were just a fingertip away from being swept within the NFC North. Still, the Packers ranked eighth in scoring offense and sixth in scoring defense and could be dangerous if they get hot at the right time.

Looking ahead to 2025, GM Brian Gutekunst has to be looking for upgrades at CB. Jaire Alexander has only appeared in 34 games over the past four seasons, exceeding a snap count of 40.14% just once in the same span and creating uncertainty over his future in Green Bay. Eric Stokes and Corey Ballentine will also become free agents, leaving the Packers thin in both top-end talent and depth.

East Carolina's Shavon Revel Jr. could be an enticing option in RD1. His height/weight/speed combo will translate to the NFL, and his early season ball production (two INTs and two PBUs in three games) had him shooting up boards before an ACL injury ended his season. Though the medicals will be a wildcard in his draft stock, Revel has the tools to develop into one of the true defensive difference makers in this year's class.

Simply put: a positive number is a Value pick, a negative number is a Reach.
